Anti-avoidance rules

The government wants people to earn some income or capital gains during this time so that they cannot press the rules that people should not live for a short time. In fact, as a single UK resident, a person with a history of at least four of the last seven years is required to maintain residency for at least five UK tax years, otherwise some income and absenteeism. All capital gains made during this period are included. They will be taxed the following year in the UK where they live.
