Special arrangements for small businesses
A letter of assistance will send to businesses with a turnover of up to £150,000 after the first default instead of SLN. This setting intends to allow extra time to resolve any short-term issues before officially entering the default surcharge system. Any other default within twelve months will lead to an SLN problem.
